A beautiful villa is not automatically suitable for a retreat. We confirm the accommodation capacity, use of common spaces, outside instructor access, meal arrangements and the relevant house rules with the management partner before the villa is presented.
Your team remains responsible for the retreat programme. AC Collection focuses on villa sourcing, booking, accommodation-side conditions and concierge support for the guests.
Professional retreat organizers can receive an 8 percent referral commission on confirmed villa stays through the AC Collection referral programme. On selected villas and dates, we can also prepare an exclusive partner rate for a specific retreat brief.
