AC Partners structures the offer around the property, the location and the guests it can serve best. We prepare channel-specific listings for Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Agoda, organise the approved content, define the rate structure with you and connect availability to the existing calendar.
The villa can also enter the AC Collection direct catalogue, concierge and partner network, subject to fit and agreed commercial terms. This adds access to high-end travellers who do not rely on one platform alone.
Your team keeps housekeeping, maintenance, check-in, on-site guest service and the standards of the property. AC Partners handles the distribution and the guest communication before arrival, then sends the confirmed reservation and relevant guest information to your team.
The model also works alongside an existing management company. Calendar synchronisation and agreed rates allow AC Partners to become an additional sales channel without taking over the owner relationship.
