Share the event dates, number of staying guests, expected event attendance, preferred area and budget. We search across more than 200 private villas and partner-managed properties, then return a shortlist built around the brief.
For larger groups, we can look for villa estates or neighbouring houses so guests stay close together while the planner keeps one accommodation contact.
Not every villa permits weddings, amplified music, outside suppliers or non-resident guests. AC Collection confirms the property rules and event suitability with the management partner before a villa is recommended.
Your team remains responsible for event production. We focus on sourcing and booking the accommodation, confirming property-side conditions and supporting the guests through the AC Collection concierge.
Professional organisers can receive an 8 percent referral commission on confirmed villa stays through the AC Collection referral programme. On selected villas and dates, we can also prepare an exclusive partner rate for a specific group brief.
