AC Collection applies a 10 percent direct-booking discount to the corresponding platform rate used for the same villa. When a villa has an eligible weekly or monthly reduction, that reduction is applied before the direct-booking discount.
The comparison excludes any separate guest service fee that an external platform may add. Taxes, optional services, security deposits and property-specific charges are shown or confirmed according to the same booking conditions before payment.
